Located right on the shores of Sone waterway in southwestern Bihar, Tilauthu is a little neighboring village of Sasaram city. It is an old settlement with around 170-180 families right now living there. The territory is pretty intensely populated by little village like Tilauthu. Another enormous city, Dehri-on-sone, is arranged around 20 miles upper east from the village.
