A little village in the area of Kannauj city, Tikhwa is arranged around 17 miles south from the downtown area, exceptionally near Highway 91 (known likewise an Aligarh - Kanpur street). The Ganges waterway is passing by not exactly a mile from the village. The village has as of late been developing and creating on the two sides of the street.
