About the Tour

When the Alsace sky lights up with stars, it is the perfect time to discover the mysteries and legends of Strasbourg. We will begin to discover the most surprising stories by meeting at the indicated time in front of the emblematic Galeries Lafayette.

Frau Troffea will be the protagonist of the first story. This woman, who lived in Strasbourg at the time of the Holy Roman Empire, started dancing wildly one fine day. What could have caused this tragedy? After investigating its possible causes, we will continue our free night tour of Strasbourg next to the iconic Covered Bridges. There we will learn about the cruel punishments that, between the 13th and 17th centuries, were imposed on people suspected of practicing pagan activities or witchcraft .

We will continue the tour walking through the Petite Fran
