About the Tour
A few years ago BBC Mundo newspaper produced an article called "Stratum 1, stratum 6: How Colombians talk about themselves divided into social classes", where a reality that for the locals is "normal", but not for foreigners, was exposed. The meeting point of this tour is a strategic location where all the “social classes” that officially exist in Bogotá come together in a reduced perimeter. The tour begins with a review on the topic of stratification and its influence on Colombian society. We will visit the outskirts of the Mormon temple, a bike path, we will walk around houses and residential buildings of all status where you can see the infrastructure that distinguishes each area. The entire tour will be accompanied by historical, statistical and cultural data that identify each place. We will walk through streets and parks where you can experience the daily life of an average Bogota citizen. We will enter a beautiful food and beverage platform where we will do a “frog” gam
