About the Tour
We will meet in the Plaza del Coso Viejo at 10 am to start this guided tour of the old town of Antequera. In this same square we can see the Fountain of the Four Elements and the equestrian statue of Don Fernando. In this square we find historical buildings of great monumental value. And did you know that Antequera is the city with the most churches per inhabitant? We will walk to the Plaza de los Escribanos. The story tells that in the 16th century up to 20 scribes' houses were located in it. There we will see the Royal Collegiate Church, the Alcazaba, the Arco de los Gigantes and the Mirador de las Almenillas. To finish we return to the lower city so that the visitor can continue discovering the city.
